US Asylum Help is designed to minimize the personal information collected before purchase. The free checklist does not require a name or email address.

Workbook purchases

Stripe processes checkout and collects the email needed to deliver the purchased workbook. Purchase-delivery status is stored so failed deliveries can be identified and corrected.

Attorney callback requests

The callback form is intentionally limited to name, telephone number, contact preference, preferred part of day, and a callback window. Do not submit case narratives or evidence through that form.

Analytics

If enabled, Meta Pixel records website events such as page views, checklist downloads, checkout starts, purchases, and contact-form completion. The application does not put attorney-form contents into Pixel event parameters.
