US Asylum Help app

Install the information hub without downloading a separate App Store app.

US Asylum Help is a Progressive Web App. On supported devices it can live on your Home Screen or computer and open in its own app-style window while continuing to use the same website and updates.

Installable web app

Keep US Asylum Help on your phone or computer.

Installation does not create an account and does not upload your immigration information. The installed app opens the same USAsylumHelp.org service in a standalone app window.

Install from your browser

Look for an Install, Add app, or Add to Home Screen option in your browser menu or address bar. If the option is not shown yet, continue using the website normally and try again after the production site has loaded completely.

Same information hub

Start Here, Help Library, Case Tools, Evidence Toolkit, Case Explorer, Refugee Center, Urgent Help, and Legal Help remain part of the same service.

No account required to install

Installation itself does not require an account and does not ask for an A-number, receipt number, address, date of birth, or private case story.

Updates come from the website

When US Asylum Help is updated online, the installed web app receives the updated website rather than requiring a separate app-store release.

Limited offline fallback

Some previously visited hub pages may remain available offline. Current government systems, case searches, forms, and changing immigration information still require an internet connection.

Optional reminders

After installation, you can turn on privacy-conscious reminders.

Reminder notifications use generic lock-screen text and do not accept custom case details.

Offline safety

Do not rely on cached immigration information as current.

Immigration procedures, agency operations, forms, fees, deadlines, and policies can change. If your device is offline, reconnect before relying on anything time-sensitive or before taking action.
